We provide a range of courses for businesses and individuals, including training on Microsoft software and many other I.T products; we also cater for a full range of business management courses. Training can be tailored to the needs of the business or individual, and can be conducted at the client’s premises, or in one of our off-site training locations.

With many years’ experience in the training Arena, I.T Worm is a progressive business, offering software training to the public and private sector throughout the U.K.

The training given is hands-on, practical and enjoyable, making it an ideal option for Employers and Employees alike, who want to expand their horizons. Public Courses are scheduled but private training can be arranged to suit the client’s needs.

IT WORM provide expert tuition in IT and IT related courses serviced by expert IT trainers and assessors – from absolute beginners, to experienced Microsoft professionals looking for the next certification.

We provide a range of courses including the full office suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Powerpoint from Taster courses to full MCAS etc, Windows 7, Dreamweaver  & Photoshop as well as advanced MCP and MCSE training; we can also through our sister company AWS provide a full range of business management courses, and as flexibility is always key training can be made bespoke to the needs of the business or individual, and can also be conducted at the client’s premises, or in one of our off-site training locations.

We have our own self contained training area in the main office in Lichfield, which is geared for up to six to eight candidates. (Larger groups can be catered for but we never teach more than eight candidates to one tutor, due to the level of one to one tutor time required to keep our exceptionally high training standards). We also have shared access to fully kitted out IT training rooms in Burton and Tamworth, making accessibility to the heart of the country as easy as possible.

This Apprenticeship will help you develop the skills you need for your job – whether for teaching someone in finance to process account details more efficiently; helping stock controllers keep track of merchandise; or helping a secretary set up an online company diary.

As an apprentice, you’ll learn how to operate computers and databases, as well as how to use and maintain IT systems and networks.

IT is an increasingly important area, and whatever role you take you’ll be part of a fast-moving, ever-changing sector.
